October 2015 Mobile Read Book Club Special Run-Off Vote

Since this month's vote resulted in a tie, we are having a Special Run-Off Vote between the two leading candidates. I will not vote in this poll unless my vote is needed to break a tie. I read The Virginian many years ago, and enjoyed it quite a lot.

But since I have never read Kidnapped, I went for that one.

I've read Kidnapped so I voted for the Virginian. Bummer, looks like Kidnapped will eak out the win. Enjoy it, I do recommend the sequel, which is part of the book linked to in the Memorial Library.

I was really hoping for a western this time. Not really sure I want to read Kidnapped, but we'll see. (Right now I'm in the middle of reading Cranford, since I knew it was not going to win. )
