Can't get to Registration page.

Love my new reader, however, I can't get my e-Bookwise 1150 device registered. I've downloaded the driver. I have the tower with the radio waves in my bar. But when I connect, I get a message that says I "don't have access to this Bookstore. The operation requested did not succeed." I tried registering via the phone line and got the same message. I've gone through the troubleshooter, and I've been communicating with Customer Service, but so far, nothing has worked. I have registered with with the web site. Any ideas? I'm sure I'm just missing something.

09/01/10 Update: Customer Service figured out what the problem was, and we got my ready registered! Yay!
