CNN: Jailbreaking iPhone Apps is now legal
The U.S. Copyright Office has now siad that iPhone users can now legally hack their phones to download applications that aren't in Apple's App Store.

I blame the "similar threads" at the bottom of the screen -- those bad boys have no sense of time and it's easy to miss the OP date because it's gray-on-gray. I've nearly rezz'd threads that way.
