Gerade habe ich in Twitter von libreka folgendes gelesen und meinen Augen nicht getraut:

Nunja, davon hab ich auch schon gehört und gelesen. Ich finde eher das es ein negatives Anzeichen dafür ist, wie ängstlich die Verlage und Autoren sind. Libreka gestattet DRM freie Texte, machen tuts aber keiner.

Die Atemschaukel ist ja vom Carl Hanser Verlag. Die haben viele gute Bücher. Mal sehen ob die alle ihre zukünftigen eBooks ohne DRM anbieten.

Die müssen doch mehr oder weniger. Wurden die Börsenvereinmitglieder nicht beinahe genötigt sich an libreka! finanziell zu beteiligen? Schließlich ist libreka! doch die "Branchenlösung". Branchenlösung, auch ein schöner Begriff um ein (versuchtes und gescheitertes) Monopolprojekt zu beschreiben.
