now that is a coup...something like that can sell a LOT of readers fast...hope for thier sake the readers they sell all work as advertised. ??

Yeah hopefully Cool-ers firmware issue has been resolved with the new upgrade.

I ordered the Cooler when it was Today's Special Value and sent it back, it froze every couple of minutes. Looking on the QVC web site I discovered I was not alone. Many very, very unhappy customers. 1 star rating, there is no zero star rating! Can't imagine QVC will continue to carry this product once initial stock is sold out.

Out of curiosity, which firmware version did they send it to you with?

Looks like QVC is no longer carrying the Cooler ebook reader. It appears to have been replaced by Aulratek Libre Pro and the Bookeen Cybook.
