Cool-er Bad Service

I had a cool-er. It doesn't really work and they arranged return. However, I never get my refund back as promised. It has been over 15 days. I emailed support and they never respond. I think I am going to call my creditcard company and dispute this charge. Meanwhile, just want everyone to be alert of Cool-er.

My first Cooler lasted 6 weeks. The second 4 weeks. "Customer service" sucks. Stay away from this junk product.
