Can I make annotations on scanned pdf ?
It seems we can easily make annotations on regular pdf books. But can anyone tell me if I can do that on a scanned one?

I don't see why you would not be able to. As I understand it you cannot make annotations while zoomed in, though.

It would depend on whether annotations require you to highlight text first. Scanned PDFs (that haven't been OCRd) don't have any text to highlight.
