Disney acquires Marvel Comics!!!

I doubt they'd release the news if it wasn't a pretty close to sure thing.

Yes, while it very likely will happen, the title is not correct. It would be like me saying "I'm 25", when I've not had my 25th birthday yet. It likely will be months before things are finalized. It isn't just semantics, but a language difference.

Hellmark made a great point. Disney is still attempting to buy Marvel.. it is still not finalized yet. However, as to all that i have read, it is a strong possibility.
