BookDesigner - How to create a hidden ToC?

I was wondering how to create a hidden ToC, that it doesn't show as pages when you go through the book, but in Options -> ToC it'll display a list of it?

That is easy. Just don't create an internal ToC. Just select all the headers you want as your ToC entries.

But if you get an auto-made ToC, go to settings and uncheck make ToC. Also you can find the icon in Book Corrector to allow you to delete the internal ToC or you could just delete the Toc manually.

Have your TOC as a separate file, and DON'T include it in the <spine> section of the OPF file. That's what defines the order in which the "pages" appear in the book.

I've not tried doing that, but it may well work.
