Is it time for Standardized Reply shortcuts
I'm always amused by certain posters who can always be counted on for certain responses.
Not naming names there are: Is the book from a torrent or pirate site? Upgrade to Windows. Don't run Linux. Don't use Wayland To save time has the time come to just assign a standard short code to each standard reply? Sent from my Pixel 7a using Tapatalk |

I think we also need a "get your damned Calibre library off the NAS" for the hundreds of "it's corrupted " posts. Even better is the people who try to argue that it's fine because it was working for years.

My pinned clipboard library has common responses - Winkey+Alt+P pops the list.

Clipboard Fusion (Pro +) - works everywhere you can use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.
The Windows Clipboard history feature has pinned items ==>> How to use the extended clipboard in Windows 10 - Marco's Accessibility Blog. It didn't exist when I found Clipboard Fusion. BR |

I think it's a good idea. Why should those people have to waste their precious time actually typing out the same thing minute after minute when they could be wasting our time in new and amusing ways?

I do use standardized messages for sending firmware images.
I've been very tempted to do one for the I'm using calibre with my library on a NAS/cloud/whatever network storage. After all, they know better than Kovid Goyal or SQLite's team. |

Also the maroons on the /r/Calibre subreddit. Ending up in there is rageworthy, so much bad advice.
