Calibre input docx output epub image issue

Some of my images are not showing up; see attachment

the document is in docx. I can convert to html and input or convert to htlm and saveback to docx and input all of them work fine, but I missed the linked index with I like

The reason I want to do it the original way, so the index at the end of the document linked to specific section of the book. But some of the images are not converted;

I don't know why and how to fix that

If the images are in EMF/WMF format they cant be converted. They have to be in png/jpeg/svg format.
