Epub Bookmarks often don't jump to position?
I've noticed that in many epub files, the bookmarks I make don't seem to be connected to a position. If I try to use them they don't navigate anywhere, and if I sort by title and then try sorting by position in the book, the order doesn't change.
I suspect this must be an issue with the epub files? And, if so, is there a fix (or multiple possible fixes)? I am running Calibre 6.23 on OSX Ventura 13.4.1 |

Open a bug report and attach one of the epub files along with a description of where you tried to create a bookmark that didnt work

Will just one suffice? I have at least 50 just from recent use.
