[Hisense A5] Install stock android ROM [GSI][Android 9/10]

What we still need, is to make the e-ink panel refresh at maximum speed. We could port the stock chinese rom "display modes" as described, or just make android interact the way it should with the e-ink display! How to lock the e-ink display refresh rate at maximum speed?
