Scroll bars with higher contrast
Hi, Kovid.

Would it be possible to increase the scroll bars contrast in the Editor?
The one in Preview window has a great contrast, but all the others has low contrast.

Those are drawn by Qt, so not really without overriding the entire scrollbar drawing code, which is a bit too much work. One could of course use stylesheets for it, but those have other side effects. The preview scrollbar is drawn by chromium so is different.

Where can add this stylesheet? The Viewer has an option to add it, but I don't see one for the Editor.
