Chilly winter day in Perth Australia. Well, what Aussies call cold top of 18C and a low of 10C, jumpers and heater weather here.
Ho, our siamese cat makes the perfect kindle stand. Better than our toy poodle Ruby Chewsday who can flick through a dozen pages in a flash with her tongue.

The problem with winter in Australia is that you guys have it during the summer. Is it because you're upside down with all that blood rushing to your heads that made you assign your seasons during the wrong time of year?

I've seen occasional posts on MobileRead by people wishing for an automated page turner for hands-free reading. Maybe you could train a dog to turn one page at a time on command

Nah, it's because we're at least half a day of ahead of the far eastern shores. By the time it's today over there it's almost tomorrow here.
