Error: cannot add books

Running Windows 10 64 bit. Following the latest update, I am unable to add new books. I get an error message "Error cannot add books" with the following in details. "Failed to start worker process
Traceback (most recent call last):

WindowsError: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified"

I do have things backed up so I could do an uninstall if needed.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Fixed!! I turned AVG off, ran the update file again in repair mode and it works fine now. Thank You
Actually I do recall getting a popup recently from AVG, it may have been when I originally installed the update.
