FpseCE 0.09.3 free Playstation 1 emulator

Originally converted from Fpse, FpseCE is a free Sony Playstation 1 emulator for Pocket PC. While FpseCE 0.10 is on its way, 0.09.3 already offers some remarkable news such as:
- code optimizations
- sound implementation
- GPU texture windows for better graphics
- Guncon support
- 3 Frameskip level with 2 frameskip mode is available
- Change disc support for Multiple dics games

See here for a compatibility list of the emulator for the windows version.
