Fullscreen on Aura One?
My One updated to 4.1.7729, and there no longer seems to be a way to enable the fullscreen option to remove the area wasted on the page number.

Has anyone found an edit to the .conf file to enable fullscreen again? Or is there a way to revert to v3?

I don't have an Aura One and am not running the 4.1.7729 firmware, but from what I can see the code for the FullScreenReading feature is still present in the firmware.

Have you checked to see if the feature is still enabled in the Kobo eReader.conf file? If it is missing try adding it back in. See this post.

Yes, full screen mode works is still in firmware 4.1.7729 and works exactly the same way s before.
