Change filename template in Calibre's library

In Calibre's library, a book's filename follows this template:
{title} - {authors}
I'd like to use this template:
{authors} - {date} - {title}

For instance, the 1st book of my library is in this folder:
Calibre\Abbey, Edward\Desert Solitaire (1)
The ebook is:
Desert Solitaire - Abbey, Edward.epub
Instead of this, I would like:
Abbey, Edward - 1968 - Desert Solitaire.epub

Is there a way to do that?

OK, thanks.

I do understand the rationale for folder structure, but not for filename, though.

Overall, if I insist of having a file with that template, I can save the file to disk, with the proper template.

Yes, if you use the Save-to-Disk option to export a copy of your books to a directory outside the calibre library, you can have a lot more control on the file naming template. It's set in:

Preferences - Change calibre behaviour - Import/Export:Saving books to disk - Save template
