Pocketbook 626 Touch Lux 3 - Dropbox button disabled
Hello,

I've recently bought Touch Lux 3 (Pockebook 626). I've updated firmware to 5.12.530. Everything looks fine so far, but I can't log into dropbox for synchronization. Issue - "Sign In" button is disabled (it's grey) and doesn't respond to any action. Email/password are inserted correctly.

Does anyone know a solution to this? As this is not a PC browser I can't just enable this button in HTML.

I've got reply from support (Polish branch):

So, no fix so far. I've seen on some forums that this happened for some versions of Safari on OSX. So it's either dropbox problem, or Dropbox is upgrading itself and Pocketbook devices have outdated browser.

Same Problem here with the PB 623 (FW 4.4.614, no other updates avaiable) aka Touch Lux 2.

Got some error messages during dropbox sync an therefore tried to reconnect the account. Cannot push the "Sign in" button in the browser. Nothing happens.

Syncing is one of the major feature of modern devices. The problem is not having a cable lying around but keeping a lot of devices in sync and switching between these at different places in everyday usage.

Just my 2 cents.

Best wishes getting fixed this issue

Did they resolve the issue for the newer pocketbooks?

Confirmed - after downloading and manual firmware update Dropbox works on my Touch Lux 3
