have you tried power down while pressing down volume up?
Try several times, volume up or down or both and you should get the screen where you are asked among other things if you would like to do a factory reset, by pressing volume up you are saying yes
I am looking for safe mode but do not recognize it among get the options proposed. Hope this helps |
