Kindle Page Numbers
Is there a way to convert an epub to mobi for my Kindle 4 that will allow the page numbers to show when hitting the menu button? I'm just not a happy reader with out page numbers..

Check the calibre device driver settings for your Kindle -- there is an option to calculate pseudo-pagenumbers and send them with the ebook.
I don't like it because they are meaningless to me unless they actually match the pbook to use as references -- I much prefer the Time Left To Read indicator available to later Kindle models like mine. |

Thank you. I'm good with Pseudo pages, as I can reference where I am in relation to start - end..Thanks again.

I thought you got (fake) page numbers by default with the Kindle driver? I get them, and have no recollection of having done anything to switch them on.

Maybe, and maybe they got changed and forgotten about. Probably best to double-check.
