Kobo Aura: "unable to eject"
When I eject the Kobo Aura (firmware 3.11), with an external SD card, from calibre, I get this message in the console (Kubuntu 14.04):
Code:
Udisks eject call for: /dev/sdc failed: org.freedesktop.UDisks.Error.Failed: Error ejecting: eject exited with exit code 1: eject: unable to eject, last error: Invalid argument It seems that if I unmount the devices with "umont" from the command line, the devices do not disappear, although they cannot be mounted again. I assume this is all normal, but could the unmounting procedure in calibre be changed so that the devices can be properly unmounted? |

Just ignore the message. To be safe calibre calls eject on all devs for the device. Main memory first followed by cards. If ejecting the main memory is also ejecting the cards, it doesn't matter.
