K4NT won't boot and can't use diags mode.

So yesterday i reboot my kindle and get stuck on loading at 1/4 in. If I restart, it loads until the same place. With mfgtool I can put it on fast boot, and so I did, then with fastboot I flash the kernel 4.0.0, the diags kernel 4.0.0 and the mmcblk0p2, all went ok. I then restart to diags but i can't read anything, because the display gets weird, like the screen controller get corrupted, but then I reboot in normal and I see the load bar again, only that I get stuck in the same place than before.
In the pc I get a external drive when I connect the kindle but it has 0bytes.
I have no more ideas, can you help me?
Sorry for my lame English, in from Uruguay :cool

Diags mode
That is a display typical of mis-matched firmware and device.

If you haven't already downloaded the kernel and system image for Diags mode, then you may have one of the devices that shipped without a properly setup Diags mode.
(It happened that Amazon messed up once and the devices do show up here from time to time.)

The thing is that if I remember correctly, the diags menu used to work fine, because I had duokan in it.

You had Duokan installed in the Diags partition?

So what (neccessary) part of the Amazon Diags partition did it destroy or what part did you delete when you removed Duokan from the Diags partition?

We can not help you without a complete understanding of the firmware state of your machine.
Both now and leading up to the troubles.

The only way the information you have given us so far makes any kind of coherent sense, is that you are leaving out a lot of details.
Tell us all, we can decide for ourselves what is significant.

1) i don't know in which partition the duokan was installed. I just did a usual installation.
2) I didn't remove duokan, It was workin fine, until I unpluged the usb from my pc without extract it first. So after that duokan began to behave strange, I did a reboot, and that's it.
3) I flashed the diags kernel with the file that I get from this site. Diags_kernel-4-4-0. Then the partition mmcblk0p2.img, and the kernel with the 4.0 and recently with 4.1.
I did the flash with fastboot, and every time, the flash give me a confirmation.
4) with Mfgtool I can switch between Normal, diags, and fasboot. If i set it to normal, the load bar get stuck always in the same place.
If a set it to diags, the screen get broken.
5) in normal mode, the kindle is detected as a flash drive but with 0bytes.

There are no kernel or partition image files on "this site".
Site policy does not allow even posting links to such files.

Do you mean you followed one of the links found on our page:
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=170929
in the de-bricking section?
Which one?

The photo you posted was of a K4B (K4 Black) -
so you need to be running at least 4.1 version firmware.

I'll check the images listed on that index page tomorrow.
But Kubrick should already have the correct images for a K4B and should work correctly for your model.
So probably your best bet is to use the images that are shipped on the Kubrick, LiveCD.
