Calibre putting "The" at end of file name

When I use the "Save to Disk" function, I have a template set so that it will include both the series name and the title in the file name. For both the series name and the title, Calibre seems to be sticking the "The" on the end of the string.

Example:
Title: The Dark Is Rising
Series: The Dark Is Rising Sequence
Author: Susan Cooper

Desired/expected outcome:
(Susan Cooper) - The Dark Is Rising Sequence #2 - The Dark Is Rising.epub

What I'm actually getting:
(Susan Cooper) - Dark Is Rising Sequence, The #2 - Dark Is Rising, The.epub

For reference, here is the template that I'm using:
({authors}) - {series} #{series_index} - {title}

At first, I thought it was using the "Title Sort" field. I don't think that's the case, though, because there is no "Series Sort" field, and it's happening there too.

Also, in the "Saving Books to Disk" dialog, it lists both "title" and "series" as available variables, but not a "title_sort" or "series_sort". This seems to support the idea that Calibre is just doing it on its own.

Does anyone know how to get it to stop this behavior and give me the file name like I want it?

After posting this, I found the answer in a Related Post that appeared. I searched for it beforehand, but apparently didn't use the right terms.

So, sorry for the kind of duplicate post about an already addressed issue. For reference, the solution is to go into the Preferences->Tweaks dialog and set "Control formatting of title and series when used in templates" to "strictly_alphabetic".

Thanks. Hope this helps someone.
