Reading Chairs
What is your favourite chair to read in? I've just moved house, which is why I've been away from MR for a while, and I'm looking for a comfortable, but not soporific, reading chair for my new study/library.
Please include pictures or links in your answers if possible. Thanks. |

Mine is similar to yours. (I need a place to put my arms for maximum discomfort.) I only use this chair when I'm reading Gene Wolf's "Torturer" series. Don |

IMHO you just can't beat a Lazy-Boy recliner for reading ... esp. if you have to accommodate jealous cats.

Rocking chair. Comfortable, without making me fall asleep.

I bought one of these gaming bean bags specifically for reading.
Not always easy to get back out of, but its my favourite place to sit and read, especially in the summer when I can sit by the window and enjoy the heat from the sun, and my dog comes and lies at my feet and enjoys it too. Perfect! Last edited by soulfuldog; 12-13-2013 at 07:45 AM. |

Nice! I always end up sitting on a cat, so I don't suggest that... |

Before eChairs we used to have to use these.

I used an image that was too large. I apologize for doing so and submit another image in it's place.
