[solved] device deconnection each time I touch .kobo folder
Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced this since the last version of the firmware:

The Kobo device gets disconnected from computer in the 5 first seconds I try to copy a file inside the .kobo folder.

I thought it had something to do with windows, but it also happens on my raspberry pi (linux debian). Impossible to "upload" dictionnaries, or to copy the sqlite... I fear I won't be able to paste next firmware.

Any hint on what I can do to stop this ?

Hi!

The connection to my Kobo is unstable if I use the cable from my Kindle Touch. It is the same, but a bit longer ...

Do disconnection happens only inside .kobo folder? What about other folders (outside .kobo)?

@sergeyvl12: only inside the .kobo folder. I can't copy anything from or to this folder without getting the whole device "ejected".

Have you done any hacking or playing around with the device apart from the standard copying books to it, or side-loading firmware updates to it?

Maybe you are right, I never went online with it... sql the user foo foo ...

I guess I should at least once get online to let it solve any problems...
