Which format is better? ePub or Kindle
Hello,

Sorry for asking a pretty basic question. I use Calibre to read ePubs and sometimes move them to my Kindle 2 (after Calibre converts them to MOBI obviously).

Intend to get a Galaxy Tab 3, to read books in the future.

I was wondering which format I should choose while downloading from Overdrive. ePub or Kindle? I'm not sure if there's much difference between the two.

Any comments would be helpful. Thanks..

For most eBooks, it won't matter. But for those that have images like a biography, ePub will be better.

Are you sure Overdrive has the option of Kindle ? The two Libraries I use Overdrive for only use EPUB and PDF . This is in the UK and may be different elsewhere.

Yes. Overdrive does have the option for Kindle books. My libraries formats break down as follows:

I retired from the US Navy 15 years ago but they still allow me access to their Overdrive eBook library.
