The 16GB one retails for $229, not $199. $199 is the cost of the 8GB model.

I think they are adding the value of: "What's in the box? The NOOK HD tablet with downloadable apps and digital magazine issues included--a $160 value! Also, a case in color choice, USB cable, power adapter, and Quick Start Guide."
