St. Augustine: Confessions. eReader. 5 Feb 2008

The Confessions of St. Augustine was written in the declining years of the ancient world and did as much to frame the thinking of the Medieval world as any other work. Augustine was a wealthy Roman, born to luxury in North Africa, he lived a life of excess, married, taught school in North Africa and Rome itself, divorced his wife to make a better marriage and finally, returning to his home in Hippa, he converted to Christianity and ended life as a Christian bishop.

In the Confessions, Augustine's autobiography, we hear the voice of a dying Western civilization. This book is Augustine's attempt to answer the question: where did we go wrong?

It is ok to use a .pdb extension on these smaller files. No need to zip them.
