Audible sale? 10/15/12
I was browsing a few books at Audible.com today, and everything seems to be on sale. Every book I browsed, and every book on my wishlist. I'm grabbing everything that's less than $10.

The only thing that I see that is different on the main page is:

Perhaps this has something to do with it? That doesn't make sense, as I'm not going to use credits on cheap sale-priced books.

The site lists up to 45% off for me. I did some damage to my pocketbook a couple of days ago and smiled the whole time.

I've pretty much always had a long TBR list of ebooks but this year is the first time I've had so many TBL books. Audible should love me!

I missed that thread completely. I wonder why I didn't get an email from Audible about this sale. Of all the retailers I deal with, I seem to get the least notification of sales from Audible.

Nope. I check my spam folder several times each day. I am subscribed to their specials emails. I get more info from this forum about Audible than I get from Audible themselves.

As a member you get 30% off everyday
And the sale gives an additional 25% off the discounted member price...

SO, if a book is $10 regular, -30% off, you pay $7 as a member.

THEN, in this sale, you receive an additional -25% off $7 member price,
giving a total discount $4.40 off of $10 = $5.60= 44% total off.

Took me awhile to figure out what the TOTAL discount works out to be.
