PRS-505 In Europe?

Hi, I'm close to importing a Sony Reader from the US (I live in UK). I'm getting some inheritance in the next few weeks but it's not that much money so I'm not sure whether to wait until/if it becomes available in the UK (for the warranty/support). Basically I'm asking if anyone has any information regarding it being released over here or if Sony has ever said it will be released in Europe/UK?

from what i've read so far, from here and other sources, sony have no intention of ever bringing them over here :-(

I've heard suggestions that there are plans for a UK launch around Q2, but while they're from 2 seperate sources, I don't know what reliability to give them.

Ok thanks for replies, I've been looking on the internet for some hint that it will be released in the UK but found nothing concrete except wishfull thinking. I'll just import one.

There's just this, but even if true, that's not 'till 14-16 April. The other source was a report of a UK Sony Connect store employee reporting preparations, but I'd have thought that if that were real, something more would have been heard by now...
