Changing V3 boot screen image?
Is it possible to change the booting image of the Hanlin V3 reader?
I'm giving the unit as a gift, and would like to show something tailored to the recipient on startup. Thanks, //ata |

Thank you, LVD. That worked. The Russian was a bit of a challenge, but the translator actually helped. =)
For any others without Russian skills, a summary: 1) Download and run software 2) Experiment with the GUI, load images for boot and shutdown, adjust contrast, dithering, etc. 3) Save to the root of the SSID memory card 4) Place card in reader, turn on 5) Press OK for menu, select 6 for Settings, select 8 for update boot image |
