New Pocket Pro need help
I just ebayed a pocket pro apparently aka bebook mini. I am getting a variety of responses with the font size adjustment, some unreadable (tiny in all settings) Is there a format that is best to use? Or would it be best to adjust the font before inputting the book, if I can?
Is there a place I can go whine about problems with the various devices I have tried and turned into bricks? The Pocket Pro works adequately when the font size is readable but I have a lot of books to input and it would be nice to eliminate unpleasant surprises. Thanks for any help and advice. |

It's been a long time since I used a PP, but IIRC ePub and Mobi were what it did best for me.
You might find some useful info going through old threads in this forum... https://www.mobileread.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=204 FYI, the PP is a rebadged Hanlin v5 (as is the BeBook Mini). |

A new book will often have too small a font the first time it is opened but this is easily corrected and will be remembered for that book from then on. Unfortunately there is no default setting you can set for this.

I use EPUB format for the least pain.
I also tend to increase the <body> font to 1.2em (from 1em. Other adjustments may be needed if different) The default Zoom level is Normal, I use 3 for my reading with the above. This displays text at about the same size as a paperback book uses. |

Fontsize is easily changeable in the device within the book!
Font shape is changeable in settings. |
