Error message when uploading to ibooks

When using itunes Producer to upload books, I have uploaded a few successfully, but three have error messages. Here are two I have in front of me:

ERROR ITMS-9000:"OEBPS/other.hmtl(11): required attributes missing" at Book (mzitmspBookPackage).

ERROR ITMS-9000:"OEBPS/22.html(11):'c182':fragment identifier is not defined in OEBPS/content.html" at Book...(the rest of this was cut off)

I have gone back over and over it, and there are NO missing items as far as anything I'm required to fill out, I've filled everything out just as I did for other books I uploaded. Can anyone help me out? Btw I'm not amazingly tech savvy, a company actually did all the conversions for my books for me. But if it's something in the file maybe I can pass some info along to them to get this straightened out.
