Calibre Doesn't Recognize Reader
I recently had my Sony PRS300 lock up after I unplugged it from the Sony Reader software after buying a book. I did a hard reboot and noe the Sony software recognizes it, but Calibre says no device is present. I tried deleting and reinstalling Calibre but no luck. Any ideas?

make sure you have no other devices connected at the same time and post the output of debug device detection from preferences->miscellaneous

The Sony device driver is not being shown as available. You should check under Preferences->plugins->Device Interface Plugins that the Sony device driver is enabled.
