Question William Blake - Songs of Innocence, Songs of Experience

How do I create an .lrf file with a linked table of contents? I'm trying to turn a txt file of William Blake's "Songs of Innocence, Songs of Experience" into a linked book.

Thanks!

Edit - Okay, done! Attached, please find the result. Not perfect, but better than a plain text, I think.
