epub note popups cover text-any way to change
Epub footnote/endnote popups in the Calibre viewer often cover the very text I am reading. Is there a way to change that behavior, either by making them popup in a separate panel or at least to the side of the window? Thank you.

You are meant to be reading the footnote and then once you've closed the popup you can go back to reading the main text.

No, there is no way to do that. Your best bet is to open two viewer instances and read the notes in one and the text in the other.
