Kobo displays cbz at incorrect aspect ratio

On my Kobo Libra 2, this seems specific to this one cbz in a twelve volume series. When I open it in KOReader it's rendering at the incorrect aspect ratio - it should stretch more vertically, so it ends up looking wrong.

It renders fine in Calibre as well as Nickel, and all the others in the series render correctly in KOReader, so this seems to be a quirk of how KOReader is rendering this specific file. What could cause this? Is there a way to adjust the zoom / aspect? I tried all the different zoom and crop options I could find but none of them fixed the aspect ratio.
