help----I want to make a setting

I want to set the green window to the red position.

Now I can set the green window to the yellow position, but this is not the effect I want, as shown in the following figure.

Can you provide me with some specific actions to achieve my goal? Thank you all.

Your link is bad OR Private.
Your post count is too low to use the Attachment method (paperclip on the advanced edit screen)
