Marvin got updated today. Wow!
Just a few fixes here and there. But I was NOT expecting this update at all. I thought the creator of Marvin had forgotten this and left it for dead. So getting this tiny update fixing Dropbox synching issues and getting Apple’s new signing certificate might be a sign the developer hasn’t abandoned the Marvin software after all. I wonder what he’s been up to during this Covid mess? Is this a sign Marvin might get a more comprehensive upgrade soon? And for crying out loud...let’s not complain about the page numbering issue on the application. At least we still have the Marvin app as is...which is STILL the BEST ereader on the App Store.

Holy cowabunga dude!!!
I'll have to go update it ASAP - thanks!! It'll be nice if Kris pops his head in here occasionally again. |

It's not an update by Kris, but an update by Apple "to use the latest signing certificate".

"New improved compatibility with iOS 11"?
I thought we were on iOS 14? I think this was the text with the latest update from Kris some time (years already?) ago. Marvin Classic was updated with text that addressed iOS 9! |

If you look at the update history, it says the update was 3 years ago, even though it shows that it needs to be updated. If you look at the "version history", 3.1.2 still has 3 years ago with the added text "This app has been updated by Apple to use the latest Apple signing certificate.", so I think it's fairly clear that this isn't a developer initiated update.
