It looks pretty easy to get, but as always YMMV, and I'd document everything with screenshots. Looks as if you have to be a Prime Member.

Get a $10 Amazon credit from Amazon Photos

We’ve got an offer that’ll make you smile! For a limited time, get a $10 Amazon credit when you upload a new photo to the Amazon Photos app. Continue using your free, unlimited photo storage from Amazon Photos included with your Prime membership. Offer valid through June 30.

Follow these steps to get your $10 credit:

Step 1: Go to Amazon Photos.

Step 2: From your mobile phone, tap “More” and then “Upload Photos and Videos” to manually upload photos; or from your browser, click “Add” and “Upload Photos.”

Step 3: Enjoy your reward! You’ll receive an email with your $10 Amazon credit within seven days.

The T&Cs indicate the credit has to be used on at least $25 of non-digital content sold by Amazon itself, so wouldn't work on books or music, but could work, I think, on Kindles, or cases, or screen protetectors, or pretty much anything else sold by Amazon. The T&Cs also indicate that this is a limited offer, and you have to get it through email, or via an online banner ad.
