Seagate External Drive
I purchased a new external drive. It came with lots of files from the manufacture. I am wondering if it is save to delete this files.

It looks like some of the files are to help the external drive talk to your system whether it's a Mac or a Windows machine. I wouldn't fool with them in any case til you know for sure. You don't want to make it impossible for the drive to function after having spent good money on it.
