M92 get stuck at boot

Hi guys. This afternoon, after an update of software to manage cloud, my m92 stop to work properly. It didn't want open anything. So i turned off the device and then it freeze just a second before the end of the boot. Remain the booting screen open and the blue light turned on. When i reset via reset hole, the m92 restart booting exactly the last time. Last time a had a similar issue was when i copy a pdf without free memory. Then the corrumped pdf freeze the m92 and the auto-open fuction at booting get me stuck in an eternal opening waiting. That time i resolved with reset but this time it's different. I think that the update corrupted the firmware in a certain sense. So my question is :
There is a software tool that allow me to reset to data factory my m92?
Something like Odin for samsung device or something like ADB for android device to get out of this situation?
I don't have try to install a newer firmware yet. So i could try that way if somebody say me how.
Thank you.

Ps: I open the device and unplug the battery but it do nothing.

I try to update last firmware http://ereader-store.de/DATA/update-20131204.zip.
I get to update mode holding power button + stick and it enter in update mode (showing the write "software update request detected, cheching updates" but after a while it reboot in normal mode (getting freeze again). If i hold the stick (the ok button) it reboot again and again showing always the "software update" write. I try even the 20120309 trick https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...8&postcount=36 (a modify update that rewrite damaged partition) but it behaves in the same way as the other update. May i have to change sd card? Or i have to use an other software?
When i try to unzip the update computer want a password, maybe i need an update without restriction?

Same issue

Hello. I had experienced the same issue with my M92 black pearl... and successfully resolved it. All you need is MGF tools just follow the link http://www.mobileread.mobi/?do=go&to...50_UPDATER.rar and read instruction inside the archive. Unfortunately after procedure you'll loose all files stored in internal memory, but at least your device will get alive
