Closing Applications
just got my PE, so pardon my ignorance on this, but I know that on tablets such as the ipad, you can see all apps that are open so you can close them (in other words, just because you opened something else, it doesn't mean the first app closed - it is just hidden but running in the background)... is there a way to "see" all the apps, etc. that are open on the PE in order to close them out, etc.?

Android is supposed to take care of that by itself. However, you can go to settings -> applications-> manage applications-> running and force stop from there. Or download Advanced Task Killer Free from the Entourage app store.

But if you just want to see everything that's open, long-press the Home button (second from the top when the LCD is on the right).
