The Hotel California-the story between the lines-99 Cents!
Hi All,
Recently released a novelette-length (14K words) story called "The Hotel California," that tells what happens between the lines of the lyrics of the famous song. After all, the song lyrics tell a pretty neat little horror story, and this one expands on what happens. Only 99 cents for Kindle, Nook and on Smashwords, other outlets coming soon. Description: You’ve heard the song. Now experience the rest of the story—and never hear it the same way again. Adam Moss is a famous rock star, driving across the Mojave desert on his way back to Los Angeles. When he stops at the Hotel California for the night, he discovers that he has entered a realm where nothing is as it seems. When Adam meets Maria, a mysterious beauty, he decides to extend his stay by one night - a decision he will soon regret, as Adam finds himself a willing prisoner in a very bizarre place called the Hotel California. Here's a link to a short piece on why I wrote the story, and the idea behind it on my website. As always, thanks and I hope you get a chance to check this story out.
