No connection
Well, I had no problems whatsoever connecting my ebook 1150. But we just opened the box on my husband's - downloaded, installed USB driver successfully, registered successfully, but cannot connect to ebookwise bookshelf. The ebook DOES connect when I connect it to my computer! I've checked Firefox for blocks - nothing. Any ideas?

ebookwise support solved this problem. FYI: needed to go into System/Hardware/Device Manager > delete the usb ebook. Turn on ebook (while connected to PC) and let Windows Find New Hardware and search for software.
ebookwise has responded quickly and accurately twice now. I highly recommend emailing them with any problems. Here is it Thanksgiving Sunday, and we got a response within 4 hours. (Of course, I guess it might not be Thanksgiving Sunday whereever they are!) Thanks. Lvd4 |
