Something has deleted the name that you had there before - what, I have no idea. That's why it no longer worked.

Another oddity is that you have the Collections template checked but there is no template in the box.

Good to hear that you have solved your issue!

I've ejected the Kobo and am now waiting for the content to import. Fingers crossed it will work.

Should I uncheck the template or just let it be?
