Android Anyone here interested in an OOTP Port to Android?

Does anyone here play OOTP (it's a text-based baseball simulator)?

A few of us have been trying to convince the developer (Markus) to make an Android version, but one of his reservations is that not enough devices with large enough screens exist to make it worth the time and effort. Or that even when a critical mass of tablets are released, a majority would still prefer to play it on a more capable PC. Just trying to get an idea of how many eDGe users might be conceivably interested in it.
