Aha! It's because I have been patching my firmware for so long that I'd forgotten I needed to "Un-force link decoration in KePubs." I was using the Elipsa without patches while I waited for them to be released. Sorry about that. Old age.

I thought I was going nuts. I couldn't figure out why my Forma is ignoring the text-decoration property and other people aren't having that problem. I didn't know that takes a patch and I haven't patched for quite a while. It's good to know.

This F/w seems to have solved my Elipsa database corrupted problem. While I had it practically daily (and sent more time repairing than reading), I have not had it once since I downloaded 4.28.17925, almost two weeks now.

I think the problem where the annotations on PDFs persist across pages is gone now.
Overall, the experience got better in small and subtle ways.
